Anne Ledvina

Anne Ledvina is a dedicated leader with over 30 years of experience in international education, community building, program management, grant writing, consulting, teaching, and providing leadership for sustainable development and climate action. As the Associate Director of International Programs at Birmingham-Southern College, Anne managed the international programs office, including education abroad, international student and scholar advising, campus internationalization, course development, events and programming.

As a performing artist, Anne’s work centers on critical global issues, using the performing arts as a platform to raise awareness and inspire change. Throughout her career, Anne has worked to foster partnerships across cultures, ensuring that global connections are accessible, inclusive, and inspiring for young people.

In 2025, Anne initiated and established the YEL Earth Program to build upon LiftUp AL Foundation’s financial education and girls’ mentorship programs. Anne believes there is no more valuable work than creating environments and opportunities for all young people to thrive.
