Yawanna McDonald

Yawanna McDonald is a partner at Campbell Partners, LLC where she focuses on complex

trust and estate litigation, probate and estate administration, fiduciary representation, and other

general litigation matters representing both plaintiffs and defendants for over a decade. In her

trust and estate litigation practice, Yawanna represents heirs, beneficiaries, personal

representatives, and trustees in small to multi-million-dollar estates and trusts. She also handles

conservatorship and guardianship matters representing clients throughout the State of Alabama.

Yawanna is licensed in Alabama and Mississippi. Before attending law school, Yawanna worked

as an environmental consultant where she focused on aiding her clients in achieving

environmental compliance. Yawanna received both her Bachelor of Science, magna cum laude,

and Master of Science from Mississippi State University, and her Juris Doctor, cum laude, from

Cumberland School of Law. She served as Senior Associate Editor of American Journal of Trial

Advocacy. Yawanna is passionate about her community and served as President of the YWCA’s

Junior Board after serving as Co-chair of the YWCA Kids Korner Luncheon. She was a Girl

Scott Leader, and a junior board member for several years.
